“Memorial Day”

1.   To honor Union soldiers, who had died during the American Civil War. It was inspired by the way people in the Southern states honored their dead. After World War I, it was extended to include all men and women, who died in any war or military action.
2.A day on which those who died in active military service are remembered, traditionally observed on May 30 but now officially observed on the last Monday in May.

5. On Memorial day my family and i usually go camping because my dad is an Ex marine who has finished serving the time he had signed up for and my dad loves camping so we always go camping or we do whatever he wants to do or go.
