The 12 Principles Of Highly Successful Leaders
Steven Shallenberger
1.Be True To Character
  • Be true to yourself, help others, make each day your masterpiece, make friendship a fine art, drink deeply from good books - especially the Bible, build a shelter against a rainy day, give thanks for your blessings and pray for guidance every day. -John Wooden

2.Use your imagination

  • I like nonsense; it wakes up the brain cells.
-Dr. Seuss

3.Apply the power of knowledge

  • Knowledge is power. Information is power. The secreting or hoarding of knowledge or information may be an act of tyranny camouflaged as humility.
-Robin Morgan

4.Never give up

  • When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.

-Harriet Beecher Stowe

5.Find peace and balance

  • Letting go helps us to to live in a more peaceful state of mind and helps restore our balance. It allows others to be responsible for themselves and for us to take our hands off situations that do not belong to us. This frees us from unnecessary stress.
-Melody Beattie

6.Live the golden rule

  • Let everyone regulate his conduct... by the golden rule of doing to others as in similar circumstances we would have them do to us, and the path of duty will be clear before him.
-William Wilberforce

7.Build and maintain trust

  • If civilization is to survive, we must cultivate the science of human relationships - the ability of all peoples, of all kinds, to live together, in the same world at peace.
  • -Franklin D. Roosevelt

8.Quick to listen slow to wrath

  • "Most people do not listen with the intent to understand, they listen with the intent to reply"
-Stephen Covery

9. Lead with vision

  • Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.
-Gail Devers

11.Do what matters the most

  • Each morning ,we are born again, what we do today is what matters the most
-buddha
 12. Be Accountable

"What is the internet"

how does the Internet work? Good question! The Internet's growth has become explosive and it seems impossible to escape the
bombardment of www.com's seen constantly on television, heard on radio, and seen in magazines. Because the Internet has become
such a large part of our lives, a good understanding is needed to use this new tool most effectively.
This whitepaper explains the underlying infrastructure and technologies that make the Internet work. It does not go into great depth,
but covers enough of each area to give a basic understanding of the concepts involved. For any unanswered questions, a list
of resources is provided at the end of the paper. Any comments, suggestions, questions, etc. are encouraged and may be
directed to the author at the email address
given above.Because the Internet is a global network of computers each computer connected to the Internet

must have a unique address. Internet addresses are in the form nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn where nnn must be a number from 0 - 255.

This address is known as an IP address. (IP stands for Internet Protocol; more on this

later.)The picture below illustrates two computers connected to the Internet; your computer with IP
address 1.2.3.4 and another computer with IP address 5.6.7.8. The Internet is represented
as an abstract object in-between. (As this paper progresses, the Internet portion of Diagram 1 will be
explained and redrawn several times as the details of the Internet are exposed.)

Diagram 1
Diagram 1

If you connect to the Internet through an Internet Service Provider (ISP), you are usually assigned
a temporary IP address for the duration of your dial-in session. If you connect to the Internet from
a local area network (LAN) your computer might have a permanent IP address or
it might obtain a temporary one from a DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server.
In any case, if you are connected to the Internet, your computer has a unique IP address.

10 Keys To Personal Power
Brian Tracy
Key 1) Clarity
"Have vision. Determine what you want to be, do or have in life. Have a sense of direction and know where you're going. If you not have clear specific goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do"
Reflection: My reflection on clarity is just trying to say look clearly like look for what you want and once you see it clearly then go for it , go get what you want.

Key 2) Competence
"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."
Reflection: My reflection on competence is just saying the truth the more you try on something most likely it'll come out better or with a better score and look better. Even when you try your best at work everything comes out better and maybe you boss will see it and give you a raise.

Key 3) Concentration
"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself "Is this the best use of my time?" before you start anything."
Reflection: My reflection on concentration is that the abundance of a constituent divided by the total volume

of a mixture. Several types of mathematical description

 can be distinguished

key 5) Creativity

"except the fact that every human being is a genius. The hallmark of creativity is asking questions. The people who are most creative ask the most questions."

key 8) commitment
"no success is possible without commitment. the ability to commit yourself whole heartily is basis of achieving all success"
"become totally absorbed in your work. be totally committed."

key 9) courage
"the fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life"

key 10) confidence
"you only get confidence by doing things over and over again"

the ten keys of the personal power are that they are just usual stuff everyone tell you try to do or try to bee like but yet no one does it so .. what would be the point of talking about it or even writing about it ,

The 7 habits of highly effective people
Habit 1:
Habit 2:
Habit 3:
Habit 4:
Habit 5:
Habit 6:
Habit 7:
Habit 1: Be proactive
"habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and thats why it comes first. it says,"i am the captain of my life. i can choose my attitude. im responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. i am in the rivers seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."

My reflection is that is one is actually one i agree on you do what you want to do.
Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind
"Control your own destiny or someone else will,"(Jack Welch)

habit two is just trynna perpared you for the best or worst out come
Habit 3: put first things first
"Organize and execute around priorities."

By this habit it just saying to put important things first like don't put parting in front of school or don't but your friends in front of your family . its pretty much just to do things first that you know will be better for you in the end. never let people change what you know your supposed to do first.
Habit 4: Think win-win
"Think win-win or no deal"

This habit is number 4 and it is just wanting you to be positive like always have positive thought like i will win i will win i mean you will lose at times but its best to think you will win.
Habit 5: Seek First To Understand, Then To Be Understood
"Diagnose before you prescribe."

Our education has taught us how to read, write and speak. But who was ever educated in listening? I was, when I studied psychology, but that might be considered a bit late. The people around me had already suffered twenty years of me not listening to them properly!Psychology only taught me techniques; it did not teach me how I could really hear the other person.Covey explicitly puts a focus on listening by heart, which goes further than techniques can take you.Another person – your lover, employee or someone you just met – will notice that you are sincerely interested if he or she experiences that you are listening honestly.Only by listening sincerely will you notice the true feelings and ideas of your friend or colleague. And only this will help you give him or her the best possible advice.
Habit 6: synergize
"the whole is greater the sum of its part (1+1=3)"
is the habit of creative cooperation. It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems. But it doesn't just happen on its own. It's a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and expertise to the table.
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
Four Dimensions of Self-Renewal: Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Social/Emotional

Reflection: My overall reflection on the 7 habits of highly effective people is that it actually does work , well it has some good points to it and it would give good advice but at the same time it was kinda stupid cause everyone knows what way to put yourself out there to make yourself look good . no one gonna just go up to a stranger and be like oh i haven't showered or i forgot to do this or stuff that you don tell people.

Three Fundamental Techniques in Handling People
Techniques 1: Don't criticize, condemn or complain.
"If you want to gather honey, don't kick over the beehive."
My reflection on the first fundamental technique on handling people is kind of just saying just listen. Don't be rude actually know whats going on it not ask questions have manners.

Techniques 2: Give honest and sincere appreciation
"The big secret in dealing with people"
My reflection on the second fundamental techniques in handling people is just trying to say if your honest and straight up with you most people like that about someone and will want to come and talk to you more because they know you wont lie to them.

Techniques 3: Arouse in the other person an eager want.
"He who can do this has the whole world with him.He who cannot, walks a lonely way."
My reflection on the third fundamental techniques in handling people is just that i dont know what it means but i have to put a reflection so here it is.
Christmas break                                                                                                            During christmas break i went to Vegas. My family and i stayed at the hooters hotel, it was kind of a round trip i guess you can say.For christmas eve i went to my great grandma house with my moms side of the family. On christmas morning i went to my dad side of the family for a christmas breakfast and later that night my moms brother and sister and there kids come over to my house and we celebrate together.
